I had a few goals in this project: 
to improve my modeling skills in Blender - not a fan yet. Also, I wanted to try anchor points workflow in Substance Painter (super amazing) and make something rusty, old, and dirty. 
And the last one: setting up the scene from scratch in Unreal Engine 5 using Quixel megascans. Total triangles 9.1k
